What does claiming my voice in sisterhood look like?
If you don’t take up space, you need to practice taking up space.
If you don’t speak up, you need to practice speaking up with people who can see you, hear you, and encourage you.
If you struggle with receiving, you need to practice receiving.
If you feel like you don’t matter, you need show up and hear otherwise so you can re-write that story.
If you feel alone in your issues, you need to be with other people who think and feel just like you and are as committed to conscious relationship and conscious communication as you are.
If you’re confused about how to be true to yourself while in relationships with other people, you need to practice being okay with difference.

“I look back to our first meeting when I thought things would never be different. In the safety of my work with Jen, I was able to pay attention to those parts that seemed too scary to face. As a result of our work together, I am content, aware, and joyfully embrace all those emotions I once thought I couldn’t withstand.”
